The size a lot of haulers do not stock, and the one that quietly fits the most Manatee County jobs. Enough room for a real garage or lanai cleanout, and still one of the two sizes rated for heavy material.

Specifications
16 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 4.5 ft high
15 cubic yards — about 4–5 pickup truck loads
2–3 tons in the flat rate
About 20 ft long × 10 ft wide, plus door swing
Debris needs to stay below the container's top rail on every size so our driver can haul it safely — that holds whether it lands on your driveway or, on the rare job that needs a public right-of-way instead, wherever Manatee County 311 or Bradenton Public Works confirms is allowed.
Is this the one?
A 10 is often tight for a full garage or lanai clearout; a 20 is more container than a single kitchen remodel needs. The 15 sits exactly in the gap, and it's also the second of the two sizes — alongside the 10 — rated to take concrete, dirt, brick and block. If your heavy debris runs a bit past what a 10 can carry, this is the next and last step up for that kind of material, not a 20 or a 30.
At 16 ft long × 7.5 ft wide × 4.5 ft high it handles about 4–5 pickup truck loads with a 2–3 ton allowance. For a mixed cleanout, a medium roof tear-off, a kitchen remodel with cabinetry coming out, or a yard and landscaping cleanup after a Gulf Coast storm season, it's usually the box that does the actual work without paying for space you won't use. County guidance after Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton directed residents to keep vegetative debris — tree limbs, palm fronds, storm-downed branches — separate from construction and demolition material, and a 15 yard kept for yard waste alone is a clean, simple way to do exactly that outside of any storm-emergency window. The 15 also sits comfortably on the roomier lots you find in the fast-growing Lakewood Ranch area, and just as easily on the older, established streets closer to Bradenton in Samoset and Oneco.
Straight advice: The size we suggest most often when somebody describes a packed garage or lanai on the phone. It fits a normal driveway easily, it's the last stop for heavy material like concrete or brick, and debris still needs to stay below the top rail for us to haul it safely.

Same flat pricing model across all five. The real question is which weight allowance matches your material — heavy debris, roofing, or a construction phase.

About 16 ft long by 7.5 ft wide by 4.5 ft high. It sits comfortably on most Manatee County driveways with room to spare, which is part of why it's one of our most requested sizes.
Yes — the 15 is the second, and last, size rated for heavy material. Concrete, dirt, brick and block belong in a 10 or a 15 only. If the load is dense, a bigger container does not help; it just costs more to move around.
Yes. Keep it as its own clean, separated load rather than mixing it into a construction or remodel haul — county guidance after recent Gulf Coast storm seasons has directed residents to keep vegetative debris separate from construction and demolition material, and a dedicated 15 yard is a clean way to do exactly that any time of year.
No, in the great majority of cases — a driveway or private-property placement generally doesn't raise a permit question at all. Only a public street placement does, and Manatee County 311 (311@mymanatee.org) or City of Bradenton Public Works, (941) 932-9400, can confirm the details if that's genuinely the only spot available on your lot.
