Residential Dumpster Rental across Bradenton and Manatee County
Manatee County has grown about 17% in just five years, and Bradenton carries a housing stock that spans everything from century-old bungalows in the Village of the Arts to brand-new builds pushing out toward East County. Both ends of that spectrum generate the same kind of residential dumpster call: a garage nobody has cleared out in years, a kitchen gutted down to the studs, or a whole house being emptied ahead of a move or an estate settlement.
Manatee County also skews older and more seasonal than most Gulf Coast counties -- nearly 3 in 10 residents are 65 or older, and that shows up directly in the calls we get: downsizing cleanouts, estate clearances, and seasonal residents closing up a place before heading north for the summer. Because we own our trucks and run our own drivers out of our 2027 Manatee Ave yard, there is no third-party dispatcher relaying your request to someone else -- you talk to us, and we show up.
How it works
A straightforward process, start to finish
The same five steps whether it is a driveway cleanout or a live jobsite swap.
- 1
Call and tell us the job
One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the box needs to sit and when you need it. No forms, no waiting on an email.
- 2
We size it and quote it flat
You get one number covering delivery, the rental period, pickup, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so.
- 3
Delivered on boards, where you want it
The driver walks the spot with you, lays protection under the rails and sets the container square in the driveway, curb lane or job site.
- 4
Load at your own pace
Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.
- 5
We haul it and sort it right
Clean concrete, metal and yard waste get routed for recovery rather than buried wherever we can. You get your driveway or curb back the way you left it.
Built for cleanouts, remodels and gut-jobs
Whole-home cleanouts, garage and lanai purges, kitchen and bath remodels, and older-home renovations all generate more debris than a curbside pickup can handle. Renovating one of Bradenton's older homes near the Village of the Arts tends to turn up plaster, old-growth lumber and heavier building material than a newer-construction remodel ever sees -- our sizing conversation accounts for that kind of denser debris, not just square footage.
Tell us the scope on the phone and we will recommend a size that matches both the volume of the job and the weight allowance that comes with it, so you are not guessing.
Placed where it works for your property
In most cases, keeping the container entirely on your own driveway or property avoids any permitting question altogether. Placing it in the street or public right-of-way instead is a different situation, and whether that specifically requires sign-off can depend on your street and job -- rather than guess, we tell customers honestly to confirm with Manatee County 311 (311@mymanatee.org) or City of Bradenton Public Works, (941) 932-9400, whenever a right-of-way placement is in play. Ask us when you call and we will help you figure out which situation applies.
We set the container on protective boards so it does not damage your driveway, and we ask that clean metal, masonry and untreated wood be kept loose rather than buried under everything else -- an easy habit to build into how you load, and one that keeps more of your debris out of the landfill altogether.

Answers
Residential Dumpster Rental -- your questions
Do I need a permit to put a dumpster in my driveway?
Keeping the container entirely on your own driveway or property generally avoids any permitting question. Placing it in the street or public right-of-way is a different situation -- call us if you are not sure which applies, and confirm specifics with Manatee County 311 (311@mymanatee.org) or City of Bradenton Public Works, (941) 932-9400, before a street placement.
Can you work around a moving or closing date?
Yes -- whether it is a home sale, a lease closing, or a seasonal move north or south, call as soon as you have a date and we will get a container on your schedule.
What can't go in a residential dumpster?
Standard exclusions apply to anything hazardous -- paints, solvents, batteries, tires and similar materials generally need a separate hazardous-waste drop-off. Ask us about your specific job and we will tell you plainly what does and does not belong in the box.
Will a roll-off damage my driveway?
We set every container on protective boards under the rails before it touches your driveway, and our driver walks the exact spot with you before it comes off the truck.
Do you handle estate or downsizing cleanouts?
Regularly -- Manatee County's fast growth and retiree-heavy population mean estate clearances and downsizing cleanouts are some of the most common residential calls we take.
