Coverage
Communities we deliver to
We run dumpsters out of our 2027 Manatee Ave yard across every corner of Bradenton and out into Manatee County and the Manatee County Gulf Coast. If your community is not on this list, call us anyway. We probably still get there.
Before you call
Have these four things ready
- 1
The delivery address
Street address, and if access is tight — a narrow driveway, an alley, a shared lot — mention it. Older downtown Bradenton blocks and the tighter island lots on Anna Maria Island can run tighter than a standard mainland Bradenton street; we plan around it either way.
- 2
What is going in it
Household contents, roofing, mixed construction debris, furniture, yard waste — and flag anything Florida regulates separately, like paint, solvents, oils, tires, batteries, hazardous chemicals, gas cylinders, propane tanks or medical waste, so we can route it correctly instead of loading it in with everything else.
- 3
Where it should sit
Driveway, curb lane or jobsite. In most cases, placement entirely on your own property needs no permit; a street or sidewalk placement is a different matter — tell us when you book and we'll walk you through it.
- 4
When you need it
Same day, tomorrow morning, or a set date — and roughly how long you want to keep it. Extensions are easy to arrange, but planning ahead is best.
Permits
Property vs. public right-of-way
On your own property
A dumpster that sits entirely on your own driveway, yard or lot is the setup for the large majority of jobs we deliver across Bradenton and Manatee County — that kind of placement generally falls outside the public right-of-way rules that a street or sidewalk placement would trigger. Every lot and every street is a little different, so if you are not sure where your property line falls, ask us when you book and we will tell you plainly before the truck ever leaves the yard.
On the street or right-of-way
Placement in a public street, on a sidewalk or anywhere else in the right-of-way is the situation where a permit becomes relevant. Manatee County requires a Right-of-Way Use Permit for improvements placed in county rights-of-way, and we're not going to pretend to know exactly how that applies to a temporary roll-off on your particular street — the straight answer is to confirm directly with Manatee County 311 (311@mymanatee.org) or, for an address inside Bradenton city limits, City of Bradenton Public Works & Utilities at (941) 932-9400. Tell us your street situation when you book and we'll help you sort out what's needed before delivery day, not the morning of.
Answers
Contact questions
What information do you need when I call?
Four things, and the call takes about two minutes: the delivery address, roughly what you're throwing away, where you want the container to sit, and when you need it. If you're unsure about the size, describe the pile and we will size it. A photo of the driveway or curb helps if the placement is tight.
Do you serve my community?
We cover Bradenton and out to Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach, Anna Maria, Cortez, Samoset, Oneco and Lakewood Ranch — 7 communities in all beyond Bradenton proper, spanning Manatee County from downtown out to Anna Maria Island and east toward Lakewood Ranch. Just outside that? Call anyway — we can usually make it work.
What are your hours?
Mon–Sat 7:00am – 6:00pm. Deliveries and collections run through the working day. Ring outside hours and you can leave your address on a message — we'll call back first thing.
Can I email instead of calling?
You can email info@bdnbrosdumpsterrental.com and we'll reply, but the phone is far quicker for anything time-sensitive. Sizing a container is a conversation — two questions on a call usually settles what an email thread will not. For same-day delivery, always ring.
Is there a charge for a quote?
No. Quotes are free and given over the phone, not an estimate that moves later. We'll also tell you when a smaller container does the job, which is the opposite of what a pushy sales pitch does.
Do I need a permit for my address?
Depends where the container sits. In most cases, a container entirely on your own driveway, yard or lot needs no city or county permit. A public street or sidewalk placement is a different matter — mention it when you call and we'll walk you through exactly what your job needs, including who to confirm with.
